Team Safariland Takes Gold At Superstition Mountain Mystery 3 Gun Shoot

JACKSONVILLE, Florida – -(AmmoLand.com)- Safariland, a BAE Systems line of business, proudly congratulates Team Safariland on its gold medal winning performance at the Superstition Mountain Mystery 3-Gun in Mesa, Arizona. The three-day event was held from March 27th through the 29th and included a total of 245 shooters.

Team Safariland members Mike Voigt and Scott Carnahan also brought home individual honors. Voigt won the Open Class using the new 013 Competition Holster System and Safariland PFI-600 3-9 Compact Scope. Voigt is the 2008 USPSA Area 1 Champion, 9-time USPSA Multi-Gun National Champion, 5-time International Tactical Rifle Champion and 4-time IPSC World Champion Team member. Carnahan finished in the top 30 in the Tactical Scope division using the new Safariland 1-4 CQLR Scope and 5188 holster and rig. Carnahan is the 2008 USPSA Single Stack Nationals Class winner and 3-time USPSA National Class Champion and serves as the VP, Category and Segment Marketing for Duty Gear, Less Lethal and Firearms Accessories.

Safariland products also helped both Maggie Reese and Tasha Hanish win their respective divisions at the Superstition Mountain Mystery 3-Gun. Reese won top honors in the Open Ladies Division with the Safariland 013 Competition Holster System, while Hanish won the Tactical Scope Ladies Divison using the Safariland 568 holster and rig.
