Trijicon RMR Wins Coveted ‘Optic Of The Year’ Award

The patent-pending new generation Trijicon Ruggedized Miniature Reflex™ won the prestigious “Optic of the Year” category at the recent Shooting Industry Master’s tournament in East Granby, Connecticut. Shooting Industry Magazine has held the popular annual award selection process since 1992, when it created a program that quickly became known for its integrity, with final selections based solely upon merit of the individual products and companies nominated. The winners are selected by 500 top industry executives, gun dealers and outdoor writers, as opposed to being decided on by an editorial board or influenced by advertising clout.
The Trijicon RMR had some stiff competition in the Academy’s optics category. However, it is the toughest red dot sight on the market, designed to improve shooter precision and accuracy with any style or caliber of weapon. Plus, unlike other red dot sights on the market, this innovative solution was designed for superior durability under the most extreme conditions and is the world’s first battery-free mini reflex sight, measuring a mere 1.78”L X 1.24”W X1.03”H and weighing in at only 1.22 oz.
