Machine Guns and Grass Roots Action on Gun Talk Radio
Natchitoches, La – -(AmmoLand.com)- A grass roots action of gun rights supporters against the Marriott Hotel chain following the NRA Convention in Charlotte, NC, comes to Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk (R) Radio, the only nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports, airing 2-5PM Eastern.
Paul Valone, president of Grass Roots North Carolina, will discuss how the Marriott Charlotte City Center put up “no guns” signs during a gun rights event in the hotel, making those who were otherwise legally carrying guns criminals. Valone says that despite the hotel chain’s claim that it has removed the signs (after stating that it has a policy of not allowing firearms into any of its hotels), the signs have not come down
Author Gary Johnston has just completed an exciting encyclopedia of sorts to add to your library. The World’s Assault Rifles, written by Johnston and Thomas Nelson, covers assault rifles from the 1900s on up, with over 1200 pages and more than 2000 illustrations.
“This book weighs eight pounds, and it’s worth every ounce,” said show host Tom Gresham. “Anyone interested in the history of firearms, or who just enjoys the science of military weapons, will want a copy.”
Trijicon’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Tom Munson, will be talking about updates to favorite Trijicon products, like the RX34 Reflex sight with smaller 4.5MOA amber dot. Trijicon, a leading supplier of optics to U.S. military forces, also offers a complete line of rifle scopes for hunting.
Also on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk this Sunday will be Bob Morrison, President and CEO of Taurus. Morrison brings information on the newest additions to the Taurus line-up this week, including the brand new Circuit Judge – a “revolver rifle” which fires .45 Colt cartridges as well as .410 shotshells.
