    1. In Illinois any conceal carry would be an improvement.

The problem we have in Illinois is the willingness of the NRA/ISRA to compromise and play games than stand for a strong second amendment culture.

This year thanks to the NRA, HB5832 was passed into law a bill that mandates 1-3 years in prison for having a loaded firearm in your possession without a valid FOID card.

Illinois and the country is ready to restore a bill of rights culture but the NRA seems to want to maintain the status quo

Our country is in trouble and Now is not the time for compromise of constitutional principles

I want the FOID card repealed not strengthened

    2. When he ran for Lt. Governor, Pat Quinn loved to play up how he was a “man of the people”, and pro-consumer; since he headed an organization that fought rate hikes by electric utilities.

Now, he’s threatening to veto any open-carry bill that comes on his desk – while at the same time, he wants to hike the state income tax rate.

Man of the people, yeah right.
