SHELTON, CT –-(Ammoland.com)- Charter Arms will introduce the outdoor media to its two newest model revolvers January 17 in Boulder City, Nevada at Media Day at the Range preceding the 2011 SHOT Show in Las Vegas.

Attendees will have the chance to test-fire an assortment of revolvers in a variety of calibers and styles including these newest additions to the Charter Arms line of 100% American-made revolvers.

Nick Ecker, President of Charter Arms, will be on hand to debut the Chic Lady and The Chic Lady Off Duty.

“Our loyal customers want Charter Arms to produce a revolver with a high polish finish, with a sophisticated and elegant look,” Ecker notes.

“Both of these models are 5-shots that weigh just 13 ounces with a rubber grip and 2-inch barrel. What makes them even more special is the high polish stainless steel finish with a pink anodized frame. They are presented in a faux alligator pink attaché case with high polish stainless steel trim. These quality revolvers are the ultimate items for a lady to add to her own private firearms collection.”

The Chic Lady has a standard hammer while The Chic Lady Off Duty has an internal hammer (DAO) double action only. Both lightweight models have a comfortable grip capable of fitting a small hand or can be easily changed out to a Crimson Trace Grip. To acquire an accurate sight picture, each model has a serrated front sight along with a smooth action and quick release cylinder. Both models have a hammer blocked safety system ensuring the revolver cannot fire unless the trigger is held in the full rear position when the hammer falls.

Attendees at Media Day at the Range will also get a sneak peak at a surprise new chambering that joins the Charter Arms array of calibers in 2011. The event will be at the Boulder City Rifle and Pistol range. Any bona fide outdoor journalists who have not already registered can attend with proof of their profession, such as a letter from their editor or a business card. See www.media-day.com for specific requirements and directions to the range.
