Colorado ––(Ammoland.com)- They just can’t keep their hands off of your rights.

The ink is hardly dry on your new compromised CCW law, and now Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen is inventing ways to shred your self-defense rights.

And he’s doing it at your expense.

State Senator Pam Galloway (R-Wausau) sponsored a concealed carry bill that Van Hollen is now trying to rewrite to include specific training requirements…

…Training requirements that lawmakers deliberately excluded from the bill!

Sen. Galloway stated that Hollen’s rewriting of the bill is “outrageous and a clear overreach.”

You and I both know Senators and Representatives are supposed to write legislation – not an Attorney General with a chip on his shoulder.

But that’s not the weirdest part. Guess what? Hollen is a yet another RINO (Republican-In-Name-Only) who was endorsed by the NRA.

Of course, as both you and I know, that works conveniently as “cover” for a politician.

And it seems to be more and more common to see a politician meddling with Second Amendment freedoms while holding up their NRA endorsement as “proof” that they are “pro-gun.”

Luckily, people like you and I pay closer attention than that. I need you to make a fuss – RIGHT NOW!

Give Attorney General Van Hollen an earful at (608) 266-1221. Let Van Hollen know that it isn’t his job to rewrite legislation. Tell him to stop jerking around with Wisconsin’s permit system.

Tell him gun owners won’t forget this attack on their self-defense rights.

If you think it's bad now, just wait until the FAR left retakes the legislature and the governors mansion in 2012. By 2013, gun rights in WI will be as dead as they are in California. If you think this "prediction" is wrong, just read the article again. When the original bill for NO PERMIT (Constitutional) carry like Vermont, Arizona, and Wyoming have, was introduced, it was the Wisconsin Republicans, (Fitzgerald Brothers, and Governor Walker) who sold the people of WI a bill of goods. Many in WI warned that what IS happening, is what would happen. The Republicans had… Read more »
