New York, NY- Joey ‘Rocketshoes’ Dillon is a multiple world title holder in trick gunspinning and Handling, a world renown traveling one man cowboy stage show, an actor, a history expert, a weapons coach for actors, armorer, gunsmith, and fabricator.

In the latest episode of IGN’s Fan Academy, Joey, joined with actor Noah Segan, shows off all the slick gunplay and weaponry from the upcoming sci-fi thriller Looper.

Watch as Looper prop master James Kroning walks viewers through his designs that, in his words, are durable, but look old fashioned in the future. From quick draw revolvers, to an updated blunderbuss, Kroning has crafted some slick weaponry for Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis to wreak serious havoc with.

With every gun in the film being different, master armorer Mike Tristano goes down the list and fires each one for Fan Academy viewers. Whether it’s the Colt Peacemaker or some powerful 870 shotguns, there something for everyone in this gun filled episode.

Looper takes place in 2072, when the mob wants to get rid of someone, the target is sent 30 years into the past, where a hired gun awaits. Someone like Joe (Gordon-Levitt), who one day learns the mob wants to ‘close the loop’ by transporting back Joe’s future self (Willis).

Fan Academy is a new multi-part cinematic web series produced by NYC digital video company DBG, schooling Average Joes on some of Hollywood’s most exciting stunts and technology. New episodes of Fan Academy can be found at IGN.com and Looper premieres in theaters Friday, September 28th 2012.
