Drag Gun Owners Behind A Truck???

I wake up every morning waiting with baited breath for another shoe to drop . . .

National Association for Gun Rights

Colorado ––(Ammoland.com)- I’ve spent nearly 20 years fighting the gun-grabbers, but I’ve never seen the sheer HATRED for law-abiding gun owners higher than it is right now.

After the tragedy in Connecticut, the gun-grabbers think they have the perfect “excuse” to completely GUT our Second Amendment rights.

So I’m asking you — if at all possible — to sign up to serve as the Second Amendment’s first line of defense.

I developed the FRONTLINE DEFENDER program explicitly to fight back against crises like the one we’re facing right now.

You see, I’ve never been willing to lose a fight over our gun rights to learn that our tactics need updating.

Considering everything we’re facing, this program has never been more important.

Everywhere you look, there’s no denying the gun-grabbers and their allies in the national media have ratcheted up anti-gun hysteria to a fever pitch . . .

*** A Des Moines Register columnist called for tying pro-gun legislators “to the back of a Chevy pickup truck and drag them around a parking lot until they saw the light on gun control.”

*** The host of a national news show openly joked with other gun-grabbers about shooting a Second Amendment supporter;

*** The Governor of New York — a likely future presidential candidate — called for the outright confiscation of many firearms;

*** Senator Dianne Feinstein announced she would introduce a new Feinstein Gun Ban — which targets rifles, shotguns, handguns, current owners of these weapons and is FAR more draconian then the expired ban. As she put it, “Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in;”

*** Vice President Joe Biden called for an end to all private transfers of firearms — including just passing a hunting rifle down to your son. What he’s not telling you is, in order to enforce this scheme, the federal government would have to keep records, so this is nothing more than a national gun registration scheme.

***And I haven’t even mentioned the U.N.’s Gun Ban ratification fight, which is likely to take place in the U.S. Senate in the early spring!

So how do you and I stop the oncoming gun control freight train?

Numbers. Large numbers of angry Second Amendment supporters who are willing to tell the politicians in Washington, D.C. that voting against our gun rights means losing their jobs.

After all, the one thing politicians love more than taking away our liberties is their own political careers.

By showing them you and I mean business, we can defeat these radical schemes.

In today’s political environment, fights move incredibly fast.

Often legislation is unveiled just a few hours before it’s set to be voted on.

Even Joe Biden promised Bloomberg pal and Mayors Against Guns Co-Founder, Thomas Menino, “I guarantee you, we’ll get [gun control] done by the end of January.”

This isn’t by accident. It’s because the statists know it takes time for our side to mobilize.

Obama’s Attorney General said his goal was for gun owners to start to “cower” in shame.

Instead, I hope you’ll wear your FRONTLINE DEFENDER gear with pride. I believe the logo says it all.

It says you’re DEAD SERIOUS about protecting our gun rights.e.

For Freedom,
Dudley Brown
Executive Vice President

You know it is interesting when someone makes statements about what they have heard of read when writing a blog and then they do not provide links to support those comments. We all have a First Amendment right to free speech, however when we do not provide proof or at least access to that proof it can be seen as nothing more than the deceptive tactics like those we wish to blog about. Any cheezy media organization can flash a few pictures and create a story about something and claim it is a fact, (many do). Dudley, I receive a… Read more »

Okay, here's the link for the original DMR opinion column:

https://www.desmoinesregister.com/article/20121230

According to the writer, Kaul, the column was a satirical piece, what he called his mad-as-hell-and-not-going-to-take-it-anymore.

The legislators specified for truck dragging were Boehner and McConnell, no one else.

Please try to include links — it makes following the craziness that much easier!
