NJ2AS Needs Trainers for Non-Violent Civil Disobedience

New Jersey Second Amendment Society
New Jersey Second Amendment Society

New Jersey –-(Ammoland.com)- I want everyone to get ready for a new round of Rallies and Hearings.

We have a little time to breathe and prepare since Senator Sweeney seems to want to wait until April.

Those people who are predisposed to do so, PLEASE start reading up on the techniques of NON-VIOLENT CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE.

Resources:

There is a definite art and science to doing it effectively while keeping the participants safe. I want this done right. *IF* you are SINCERELY willing to do the necessary work, and you are willing to become volunteer who will train others (including future trainers), please contact [email protected] and let Bob know.

Once we have a few people ready to go, I will see that you get proper training. We must be prepared to take this fight to the next level. We have tried the courts, we have tried the legislature, and we have reached out to the Executive branch, all to no avail.

There *IS* no redress of our LEGITIMATE grievances within the three branches of NJ government. In a SINCERE effort to avoid an unhappy outcome, we must attempt to reach the public through acts of non-violent civil disobedience.

This is not easy and it will take time, but the alternative at this point is much less attractive. So, please think about whether or not you believe in this approach strongly enough to become a trainer. If so, volunteer.

Thank you,
Frank Jack Fiamingo
President – NJ2AS

Defending Gun Rights With Civil Disobedience

The gun owners of New Jersey have had enough! They’ve tried asking for their rights, they’ve tried protesting in the streets. It’s not working. The tyrants in Trenton are going to take their gun rights away regardless.

Remember civil rights and the people who sacrificed so much to attain civil rights for all Americans.Martin Luther King was all about non-violent civil disobedience. He was killed.Robert Kennedy wanted civil rights for all men. They killed him.Malcolm X wanted civil rights. They killed him.I will try the peaceful way but we must prepare for uprising and War.I pray that things will calm down and there will be no Nationwide Gun/Magazine ban Bill passed and signed by President Obama.E-mail all your Senators and Representatives.E-mail the President,Vice-President and any elected member in our government that can help us.We will stand watch and monitor our… Read more »

This is how to start. Email all your representatives and tell them how you feel and will not vote for them ever again, if they let us down. When we have done everything we can do, legally, it is then up to the government what our next step will be. Do they think they can take on 100+ million gun owners in the US? We are not afraid of the UN, they run like cowards, and the US always has to carry them. Does Obama have trillions more to “try” to disarm us? Instead of concentrating on the real problems… Read more »

This is how you have to start. Legally and peacefully. You’ll lose public support if you just start shooting things up now. Once things get going, there might even have to be a few martyrs. The deaths of a couple of patriotic, young, attractive men and women will help win the public over to our side, and to show the evils of the other side, the Bad Guys. Wait. Isn’t this how the government does it?

Civil Disobedience By Henry David Thoreau 1849 Under a government which imprisons any unjustly, the true place for a just man is also a prison. The proper place today, the only place which Massachusetts has provided for her freer and less desponding spirits, is in her prisons, to be put out and locked out of the State by her own act, as they have already put themselves out by their principles. It is there that the fugitive slave, and the Mexican prisoner on parole, and the Indian come to plead the wrongs of his race should find them; on that… Read more »

Dan, HBH, Civil disobedience is the way we have to go. If you want to make a vainglorious stand fighting the govt go ahead. The rest of us will read the headlines about how we’re all gun toting terrorists & our movement will be crushed. Please read up on the thinker who started the whole civil disobedience idea, Henry David Thoreau: Civil Disobedience By Henry David Thoreau 1849 I heartily accept the motto, “That government is best which governs least”; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically. Carried out, it finally amounts to… Read more »

Try it…but ya’ll know what the end game will have to be. It is inevitable that free men must fight from time to time.
