EXETER, NH –-(Ammoland.com)-  Training with a steel plate rack can be exciting and provide valuable training information that will accelerate your performance.

While shooting the plate rack we can break down your performance during the draw, follow through, and split times between targets.

Once you have isolated each of these skills using a timer based upon performance, you can now use that information to test your skills and identify deficiencies on the plate rack.

In this video we demonstrate drills that will help you establish your current level of performance and how to add speed to shooting the steel plate rack.
