Team Weatherby’s Darryl Worley Appearing at Cabela’s Grand Opening in Canada

Barrie, Ontario, Ca. -(Ammoland.com)- Appearances by Team Weatherby celebrity Darryl Worley highlight the grand opening celebration for the new Cabela’s store in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

A chart-topping country music artist, Worley will meet and greet attendees July 12 and 13 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Worley has released seven albums in his career, with three number one hits: “I Miss My Friend,” “Awful, Beautiful Life” and “Have You Forgotten.”

He has earned nominations for five major Academy of Country Music (ACM) and Country Music Association (CMA) awards, including “Song of the Year” and “Single of the Year.” In addition, Worley also co-wrote the single “Sinners & Saints” for artist George Jones. Worley is an avid hunter and Weatherby fan.

The new 70,000-square-foot Cabela’s is located near the intersection of Highway 400 and Mapleview Drive in the Park Place Shopping Centre. Other plans for the July 12-13 grand opening weekend include fishing and casting activities, archery and BB-gun ranges, an interactive game-calling station and a wildlife scavenger hunt for kids. Cabela’s is renowned as the “World’s Foremost Outfitter” of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear.
