“[The “sport” is in the HUNT, not in “shooting a defenseless animal”. It is in our genetic code to hunt. Your stance indicates an extreme lack of knowledge of man and his origins.

The hunter pursues wild animals on THEIR TURF, and they possess sensory abilities far superior to that of man.]”

Try telling that to the canned animals that are routinely killed by trophy killers; especially in Africa, but also in the U.S. …… SICK !!

Jo

We KNOW you are serial killing cowards.

Jo

They just need to stop killing for so-called sport because it is unacceptable. Simple.

Jodie

Strange how such as Melissa Backman and her type get cowardly as soon as they are facing someone or something that is in a postion to stand up to them.

Virginia Mom

Bad enough these nutters insist that their craving to kill is “conservation”, but now they want protection? Don’t buy it. Its all a publicity stunt. They are killers, they enjoy it, and they want to keep doing it. Lock ’em up in rubber rooms and toss the keys!

Jo

What goes around comes around. Why do they presume to continue killing animals for so-called sport.

Promoters of “sport” violence and brutality are trying to deal with the problem of online harassment? Wow – go figure. Sorry, but that’s not the way the universe works. What you give out you get back 10x more of.

Your stance indicates an extreme lack of knowledge of man and his origins. The hunter pursues wild animals on THEIR TURF, and they possess sensory abilities far superior to that of man. It is more than obvious that you have never been afield in pursuit of a healthy, satisfying meal (or a season’s worth). Wild game is much better for you than the crap you… Read more »

Tell me again where the “Sport” is and where the bragging rights come from in shooting a defenseless animal while you cower in the bush with your electronic call?

The sooner society rids itself of serial killing cowards, the better.

If you had any guts, you would be in Irag, but those people shoot back, don’t they ?

Good to see Melissa discussing canned lion hunts in South Africa

They also should look into ways of protecting hunters and gun owners from the VA. The VA is resuming it’s questioning of veterans, by doctors, as to if they own guns. Lets wait until someone breaks a law is is charged before finding them guilty.
