USA –-(Ammoland.com)- BURKETT 3GNS SHOTGUN UPDATE:
First of all, I want to apologize to those that have the new BURKETT3GN-S shotgun on order. There are two to three additional automatic delays to the import of a new shotgun that are not published.
I did not know this and went with the best information I could gather from other importers and from the ATF and figured June was a safe date for the importation approval. I was wrong and I am sorry. Currently it looks like final approval will be anywhere from a week to 90 days. All of the guns are manufactured and awaiting approval.
Upon approval I will immediately fly to Turkey to oversea a final QC test of every shotgun including test firing and to double check all parts, fit, packaging etc prior to shipping. At the shop, all customers will be contacted to update FFL information for delivery and shipping labels will be prepared for the incoming guns. In Turkey, they will be air shipped to the US within a 5 day period and I will travel on the same dates as the shipment to meet them at customs for release and final transport from the port of entry to the shop in Arizona.
Upon arrival in Arizona we will immediately start distributing the shotguns to the customers (who have pre-ordered) dealers in the order of purchase.
HANDGUN BACKORDER UPDATE:
We have completed more 1911’s and have filled more backorders! We are working hard on finishing all backorders of handguns. Our goal is that within 45 days from now we will have all of our single and double stack backorders fulfilled. stack frames and gun models back instock including the Shrike, iron Shrike and Night Shrike models! We are getting some reports back from customers on the Trout Scales, and we were right.
They are awesome. People love them, and they’re telling us it’s the perfect level of grip that stops just short of tearing up your hands.
