Ontario, CA -(Ammoland.com)- Safariland congratulates Team Safariland members after a long week of competing at the IPSC World Shoot in Frostproof, Florida, October 13 – 18.

With a strong performance from Team Safariland members – Bob Vogel, Julie Golob and Maggie Reese – special recognition is due for Rob Leatham and Michael Voigt, as both competitors won overall in their respective divisions as individual shooters and as part of their USA Team. The entire team used their Safariland ELS competition rigs with excellent results.

After six days of shooting and battling the weather, Rob Leatham won the Overall in the Classic Division in addition to his USA Team championship win. Michael Voigt also took top individual and team honors in the Open Division for the Senior category. Bob Vogel finished with a strong second place overall in a hard fought battle in the Standard division in addition to being on the championship USA Team for the same division.

Team Safariland also represented well for the ladies as Julie Golob completed the match on the podium with a third place overall finish in the Ladies Production Division. Golob also walked away with a third place finish with her teammate Maggie Reese along with their USA Ladies Production Team.

It was simply hard enough to qualify for the USA Team and then they battled through the elements and all the world class competitors and finally made it out on top.
