BLACKHAWK! KNOXX Rifle Stocks
KNOXX Recoil Technology in Two New Thumbhole Stocks.
NORFOLK, VA –-(AmmoLand.com)- BLACKHAWK! Products Groupâ„¢, the world leader in manufacturing tactical gear for the military, law enforcement, industrial security and outdoor markets has added the performance driven feature of a thumbhole stock to two new KNOXX Stocks; the KNOXX Axiom TH Thumbhole Rifle Stock (patent pending) and the KNOXX Talon Thumbhole Stock.
The new BLACKHAWK! Axiom TH Thumbhole Rifle Stock combines the award winning design of the Axiom Rifle stock with the ergonomic pistol-grip style thumbhole stock for improved accuracy, quicker target acquisition, steady firearm control and the ability to comfortably use the rifle in a variety of shooting positions.
Using the new Two-Stage dual KNOXX recoil compensating systems, the Axiom TH has the ability to reduce felt recoil of even the most potent rifle rounds by up to 85%.
The Axiom TH stock is made using durable composite and alloy construction for years of rugged use for sport shooters and hunters. For a customizable fit, the stock comes with interchangeable rubber grip inserts that adjust the overall size of the pistol grip.
The barrel channel is a full-float that will fit any barrel diameter. Aluminum pillars provide added stability and strength. The unique design of the stock cuts muzzle rise and the traditional comb design is made for comfort and consistent target acquisition. The precision receiver is compatible with bi-pods. A 14-cubic inch rear storage compartment is conveniently located in the butt of the stock for small items.
The Axiom TH Thumbhole Rifle Stock is available in black polymer or universal camo for the Remington 700 BDL – short and long action, and the Howa 1500/Weatherby Vanguard BDL for short and long action. MSRP for the black polymer is $269.99 and $299.99 for the universal camo.
The BLACKHAWK! KNOXX Talon Thumbhole Stock is the engineered fusion of the patented KNOXX recoil technology, the ergonomic control of a pistol grip stock and the time tested features of a traditional stock.
Featuring KNOXX’s dual recoil compensation system it eliminates harsh recoil with all loads and eliminates shoulder fatigue and related recoil injuries. The Talon Thumbhole Stock is made from durable polymer and alloy construction that features a unique design that cuts muzzle rise, getting the gun back on target faster. The thumbhole design allows sport shooters and hunters greater comfort, increased accuracy and steady firearm control in many shooting positions from the range to the field. Interchangeable rubber grip inserts allow the individual shooter to adjust the overall size of the grip for a custom fit. A convenient rear storage compartment of 14-cubic inches allows small items to be kept safely and securely.
The KNOXX Talon Thumbhole Stock is available in black polymer and universal camo for Remington 870 12 and 20 gauge and pump/semi-rifles, Mossberg 12 gauge pump varieties and Winchester 1300 12 and 20 gauges. MSRP is $144.99 for the black polymer stock and $169.99 for the universal camo stock.
