Manasquan, NJ –-(Ammoland.com)- Paul Ryan’s sit-down with an ABC affiliate in Michigan came to a sudden end after an awkward exchange with the reporter over gun laws and tax cuts.
The awkward exchange began with the reporter asking Ryan if the U.S. has “a gun problem.”
“This country has a crime problem,” Ryan responded.
“Not a gun problem,” pressed the interviewer, identified as Terry Camp of ABC12 in Flint, Michigan.
“No,” Ryan said, before beginning to argue that the country already has “good, strong gun laws.”
The reporter interrupted and the two men talked over each other for a moment before Ryan finished his response.
It is refreshing to hear a candidate for one of the highest offices in the United States, say what we all have been preaching for years. Enforce the laws on the books, get the bad guys behind bars. We do not need more gun control laws that only restrict the law abiding gun owners, as criminals do not follow the law.
Way to go Mr Ryan!
Obama does not have any gun laws in the works and has not voted for bans like Romney. Take a look at who you are endorsing.
