Featuring a customized CREE XM-L2 LED, the M2X-UT Javelot delivers a tightly focused 1020-lumen beam, making it ideal for long-range uses. It has three brightness levels from 20 to 1020 lumens, plus a strobe mode. With its large reflector and custom LED, it’s powerful enough to reach extreme distances, but small enough for everyday carry.
Its dual-power source capability allows you to conveniently use either non-rechargeable lithium or rechargeable lithium-ion batteries. Its reverse polarity protection prevents improper battery installation and is designed to offer thermal management to avoid overheating. The M2X’s tailcap switch features momentary activation and clicks on and off, while also providing immediate access directly to the brightest setting and strobe mode.
Access the different brightness levels with a quick twist of its head counter-clockwise then clockwise. With its built-in memory function you can return to your last brightness level after turning the light off, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred everyday output. Milled from aircraft-grade aluminum with a Mil-Spec Type III hard-anodized finish, its ideal for search and rescue, law enforcement, industrial, outdoors, and emergency preparedness. It is also waterproof up to two meters (IPX 8).
The M2X-UT Javelot comes with a lanyard, spare o-rings, battery magazine, and holster. The battery magazine assists in maintaining electrical continuity, even under heavy recoil, with no blink or flicker. When you inhibit battery movement inside the flashlight body, you also protect the batteries from damage that can shorten the battery life. Optional accessories available are: remote pressure switch and filters.
