Saint Paul, MN -(AmmoLand.com)- My heart was heavy yesterday when I saw the news about the tragedy in Orlando. Like many of you, I have close friends and family members that are LGBTQ – including my college roommate who lives in Florida.
Fortunately, he was safe, but many others perished in yesterday’s tragedy – the worst loss of life in a terrorist attack on United States soil since September 11th.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families today.
However, even before the end of the day yesterday, anti-gun politicians began pushing the same old tired gun control strategies of the 1990s:
- “Assault Weapon” bans – banning many modern sporting and hunting rifles
- Arbitrary magazine restrictions – limiting you to 3, 7, or 10 rounds
- Waiting periods
We’re obviously gearing up for an election season where the issue of protecting the Second Amendment is going to be front and center.
Here are 6Â things you can do today to protect the Second Amendment in Minnesota:
- Join or Give: Â Your generous donation will support our activities by pressuring anti-gun lawmakers and protecting our allies, mobilizing grassroots supporters, and more.

We’re fortunate to have strong supporters like you on our side. I look forward to victory in November!
Yours in Liberty,
Bryan Strawser

The best thing we can do regarding the Second Amendment is to remember it and the rest of the Bill of Rights were written ONLY for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN–not the government. If you remember only this and tell your friends, then maybe we have a chance to save this country. P.S. The rest of the Constitution is for the government–the Bill of Rights is for JUST us citizens. It is just that simple!
That is the worst lead paragraphs of any story, article, essay, short story, manuscript, or book ever written in the English language, Justin. Your pathetic attempt to attach the politics of homosexuality to the politics of Second Amendment Civil Rights makes my blood boil. If you think we would ever accept homosexuality as normal or natural by linking it to Second Amendment Civil Rights, then you are a fool. You should be fired, Justin, for trying to cram that idiotic propaganda down our throats. We know the difference between right and wrong, without your help.
If the caucus is supposedly a non-partisan what victory are they looking for in November? Just more BS to sucker the ignorant.
