Let it be said certain manufacturers of semi-automatic rifles and semi-automatic pistols market their merchandise with standard capacity magazines as is standard for the industry and the standard for the rest of the world. Some states (California) have Legislatures which have written laws and passed laws in consideration of reduced capacity magazines which they afterwards refer to as “standard” (or their new standard); this is legislative brainwashing, mumbo-jumbo, and just plain misleading. Someone needs to explain how these AGs can get injunctions and cases heard virtually overnight, when the rest of us (whose rights are being violated) must wait 3,6 or10 years to get our cases heard if, and only if, we get standing in the first place.
