If you undo the barrel nut on your 870, or gun like that, you find a dowel with an O ring. Pull it out and put the nut back on. Your 2+1 is now a 4+1. As long as your gun has a duck plug in it, removing the plug ups the capacity.
Put the plug back in before you go sit in the blind.
I hate asking this question and I feel like I know the answer but is this NY compliant? I think the muzzlebreak/semi-auto 5+1 makes it illegal in my horrible state. Can someone confirm please?
