I don’t agree with the design philosophy regarding the battery charging procedure. My design would have the battery secured in its box. The charging receptacle would be permanently mounted on the outside of the box. The charger would then be plugged into the receptacle to charge the battery when necessary. This design would require a receptacle with a normally closed switch which would open when the charger is connected, then close when the charger is removed. A couple of bucks and a more convenient design. Should also require a two step trigger mechanism to prevent accidental discharge.

The electrodes should be firing before the liquid flows. By the looks of it, quite a stream of raw fuel flowing, before ignition.
