FAIRFAX, VA – The National Rifle Association’s Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is proud to announce its endorsement of Attorney General Jeff Landry for the upcoming October Primary Election for governor in Louisiana.
The “A+” rating, the highest accolade from the NRA-PVF, is a testament to Attorney General Landry’s steadfast commitment to upholding and defending the Second Amendment and the rights of gun owners and sportsmen throughout Louisiana.
“As Attorney General, Landry has shown unwavering dedication to our Second Amendment rights,” stated NRA-PVF Chairman Randy Kozuch. “From advocating for national concealed carry reciprocity to defending gun owners’ rights in landmark cases such as NYSRPA v. Bruen, Attorney General Landry has been a true champion for our cause.”
Moreover, in an era where calls for gun control have been loud, Attorney General Landry’s refusal to bend to anti-gun sentiments demonstrates his belief in effective and constitutionally grounded solutions to the issues of violent crime.
Gun rights supporters and NRA members in Louisiana can find the endorsement information on the NRA-PVF’s official website at www.nrapvf.org. They are encouraged to spread the word and support a candidate who has proven time and again to prioritize the rights of Louisiana’s gun owners and sportsmen.
“Jeff Landry’s record speaks for itself. We believe that as governor, he will continue to protect our Second Amendment rights and fight against those who seek to diminish our freedoms. Louisiana deserves a leader who will stand strong against those who aim to undermine our freedoms,” added Kozuch.
The National Rifle Association urges all its members and Second Amendment supporters in Louisiana to stand with Attorney General Landry in the upcoming election, ensuring the Pelican State remains a beacon of freedom and constitutional rights.

Is this guy really on our side? I don’t know anything about him but if NRA is endorsing him, that kinda shines a light of suspicion in his direction.
I think you called it exactly right, Ope!
Everything I’ve heard or read about him was good… until I got to the NRA endorsement. There must be something evil we just don’t know about if the NRA is for him. (very sad commentary on the current NRA)
Yep
I remember when the NRA endorsed Harry Reid over the progun conservative. I cancelled my lifetime membership. The NRA been dead to me ever since.
NRA Endorsement = Vote for the other guy.
That’s their plan
Since Bush SR. I only voted approved NRA people. Now, I wouldn’t trust it but if Donald Trump Jr. endorses him, I would vote for him.
Not knowing anything about Landry, (he may be a great candidate) my first thought was, “how much did his campaign pay LaPierre?” It just shows how far the NRA has fallen (IMO).
What is this N R A you speak of?
It use to be a good 2A Amendment supporter, but has now for a long time been corrupt regimen. National Rifle Association, la pew stole money from dues to buy high dollar suits and other things instead of using the money to defend the 2A Amendment.
An NRA endorsement nowadays would make a politician automatically suspect but everything I have heard about Landry over the past few years has been favorable. He always signs on to amicus briefs defending 2A rights. He is part of the lawsuit with the Missouri AG suing the federal government for colluding with and even intimidating social media companies for suppressing conservative voices. So far so good.
That may be true, as far as NRA members are concerned. But many people who are not in the loop as far as the NRA and their criminal activities are concerned could possibly take this endorsement and think that it is a positive, and thus vote for AG Landry.
It is a hell of a thing when an endorsement from a once proud and honorable organization now means that the candidate needs to investigate to see if the endorsement was sought by his opponent.
The NRA only endorses Butters and Fudds. They prove that when they endorse challengers against true 2A absolutists like Thomas Massie. Pretty much told him he was “too pro 2A”. Be very leary of anyone endorsed by these traitors.
