Years ago, I purchased a Kimber Micro 380 with Crimson Trace laser grips. Guaranteed for three years. Died after two. It was during the Pandemic and Crimson Trace wasn’t answering phone calls, you had to email them. They weren’t answering them either. I finally called Kimber. They were surprised CT wasn’t responding, “They answer our calls”, I was told…no kidding, I wonder why they answer your calls… Any way, I told Kimber I bought their gun with CR grips and someone needed to get me a replacement set.
