On Saturday, August 3, Guns Out will host the third annual “Guns Out Range Day” at XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness in Ashburn, VA.
Guns Out consists of John Keys and Shermichal Singleton. Keys is a former Marine and broadcast media executive, while Singleton is a political consultant and television anchor. They host the Guns Out show, which highlights the firearms world and advocates for gun rights for all. Guns Out initially launched as a broadcast television show in 2021 before being pulled because, according to Sinclair, it wasn’t “a good time for a gun show.”
XCAL is a $30 million state-of-the-art shooting range, retail store, cigar bar, restaurant, and gym featuring a wide selection of firearms for sale and rent, including machine guns. It features multiple shared and private shooting ranges. It is a one-of-a-kind experience serving the affluent suburbs of Washington D.C.
The event will kick off early Saturday, August 2nd, 2024, at 8 AM outside the venue with an Exotic Car Showcase featuring Ferraris, McLarens, and Lamborghinis. XCAL is the site of the local “Cars and Coffee meet-ups.” The event is usually packed with classic cars to supercars since the location is just miles away from multiple supercar dealers.
The doors to Range Day will open at 9 AM. Until 3 PM, guests can shoot guns from the John Wick movies at the John Wick Glow Shoot event. There will be other Range Day challenges throughout the day. One event that will open the eyes of gun owners is the Silent Night Suppressor Shoot, which will allow attendees to try out suppressors. There will also be an Escape Room Challenge for those who do not want to shoot.
The GO Beyond Podcast will be recorded with various VIP guests from 1 PM to 2:30 PM. Shortly after the podcast wraps up, Guns Out TV will hold RSVP giveaways, hand out scavenger hunt prizes, and hold several raffles. The prizes have not been announced, but prior giveaways included knives and firearms.
Multiple content creators will also be in attendance to meet fans. Eric Blandford of Iraqveteran8888 will be onsite mixing with the guests. In addition to Eric, Jared Yanis from Guns and Gadgets and Jon Patton from The Gun Collective will also be on hand to meet fans. Former assistant to Donald Trump Sebastian Gorka will also attend, along with Mark Oliva from the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF).
Major players from the firearms industry, including Troy, Staccato, and HK, will be showing their wares. Optics companies such as Aimpoint and EoTech will also be showcasing their optics. These are just a few of the vendors that will be onsite, but the vendors will not be limited to those who want to sell to the American gun owner. Gun rights groups such as Gun Owners of America (GOA) will be on hand to educate the public about the dangers that our rights face from anti-gun politicians and anti-gun organizations.
If this year is anything like Range Day 2023, it will be a great time featuring what unites the gun world. That is the pursuit of freedom and liberty.

Glad I missed this. I have zero desire to have any affiliation with Guns Out. Their brand of “advocacy” only serves their chosen demographic. Anyone that challenges their narrative is told to sit down & shut up. IMHO, they’re no different than a gun banning demarxist.
