Airports!
As is the case with so many other metro areas, homeless bums, who have no legitimate business there, are allowed to “hang-out” at the Miami International Airport (MIA).
Many of these “homeless” are mentally ill, criminally violent, and thus very dangerous. The last place in the world they should be is in an airport!
Sure enough, yesterday a homeless man viciously attacked a teenage girl in the international area of MIA. He used a large butcher knife and stabbed her multiple times, and then attempted (unsuccessfully) to throw her off a fourth-floor railing.
She is in critical condition at a local hospital. The perpetrator was subsequently arrested without incident.
It will surprise no one that this perpetrator has a long, weary record of violent crime. He is an experienced, violent criminal, and he obviously knows that people arriving at airports (for legitimate reasons) have already divested themselves of defensive weapons.
A local reporter stated that both the attacker and the victim he selected for his unprovoked attack “just happened to be there.” This represents a classic media trick designed to “normalize” (and thus minimize) the true problem and gravity of this vicious crime.
This attempted murder occurred “outside the TSA screened area” at MIA. Clever verbiage, remarkably similar to that recently used by the Director of our Secret Service!
In truth, what we’re seeing is the direct result of a foolhardy, woke airport policy established by liberals who care far more about “appearing to be progressive” than they ever will about anyone’s safety!
Observations:
It is clearly an error (sometimes a fatal error, as we see) to naively believe that when one enters an airport, he or she is in a “safe place!”
There is no “reasoning” with a murderous EDP who is doing his best to stab you to death. So much for “not resisting and giving the attacker what he wants.”
With ever-increasing numbers of EDPs on the street and in airports, the incidence of “random. lethal attacks” will continue to escalate, particularly in places liberals cynically proclaim to be “safe.”
Lessons:
- 1) Don’t dally at airports. When you must go to an airport for any reason, get in and out as quickly as possible.
- 2) When flying out, get past TSA screening quickly. Don’t hang out in unsecured areas.
- 3) Stay alert, aware, observant!
- 4) Keep a low/quiet personal profile. Don’t dress/act in any way that attracts attention.
- 5) Disengage and separate immediately from unknown/unwanted contacts
- 6) Quickly move away from “disturbances”

In WA there is a website called “ID me” that shows security camera images of perpetrators of crime: burglars, shoplifters… And baggage thieves lifting luggage at SeaTac from the conveyors.
By far, the luggage thieves outnumber their petty crime brotheren in the ‘burbs.
Airports are nests of vipers.
