The first sentence,
“Bereli has Winchester M955 5.56 Green tip in stock.”
Isn’t M955 black tipped and armor piercing and illegal?
Not a bargain.
It’s a rip off to pay that amount.
Not if it’s M955 like the first sentence says it is.
Gomer Pyle would say to Sergent carter: Surprise, surprise, surprise. The ad shows 62 gr green tip ammo. If and when you click on the buy now button, you’ll find you will be buying 55 gr ammo. How about that for some click bait? I thought there would be some integrity here, but I guess not.
I am not sure and guessing here but I would almost bet that the 55 on the end of the 8 stands for 55 grain. Typo’s happen. I once saw a product that was 485 bucks for sale for 4.85 cents, so I bought 20. They emailed and asked why I wanted so many. I asked if they were going to sell the product as advertised and they told me that they would lose money and offered it at a discount… Read more »
No the 55 doesn’t stand for 55 gr. M855 is the designation for 62 gr Green Tip 5.56 ammo
Is it M955 like the first sentence says or M855?
Link works fine for me, goes to 62 gr M855 green tip.
Same here. Do they make a 62 grain green tip?
I mean do they make 55 grain green tip?
Thanks.
Yes I did and if I remember right they were classified as SS-109. I have the real thing if I should need them. They are for trade or if I run out. Why buy gold when it won’t feed you. Guns, parts, reloading equipment and the necessary parts to make bullets including searats are my gold.
Oh, and they don’t have green tips.
The first sentence says M955. Isn’t that illegal? And black tipped not green?
prices on everything ammo has either doubled or tripled. Primers are insane. I bought 5,000 CCI 41 a month ago and they were 480 with shipping and toxic chemical fines and that was the best deal I have seen in a year. I was loading up some ammo and saw where 4 years ago I bought the same 5,000 for 185.00. Just bought 8 lbs of powder. It was 385 bucks that 4 years ago I would get for 175. They changed the jug to so it takes up more space than it used to. I guess that is supposed… Read more »
