Respectfully, that is a real picture of a girl handling a heavy load of cinder blocks is all. To clarify, most all cart dump pivot points are centered over the axle so there’s zero control of loads – unlatch heavy loads; the load shifts and the tub slams to the ground. I have the same hauler, weight distribution is a factor, common sense.
No disrespect to Realtree, as they are a fine company that make and sell fine products, but if the picture at the top of the page with the girl and the cart full of blocks dumps them, she will have rubble after she dumps them. Also with the position of the axel on the cart, it appears it is far enough forward to pretty much dump on its own when the latch is flipped.
