I will not use steel case ammo in any of my firearms. I will NOT reload steel cases.
Well, since, as far as I know, you can’t reload steel cases, I suppose that’s a moot point.
As a PS: I shouldn’t have said “can’t”. A more correct statement would have been that it’s way more trouble than most find it worth. As far as shooting the stuff, I’ve found no problems at all.
You must not know much about steel casing or reloading. I don’t want to be anywhere near you if you’re reloading your own ammunition because if you think you can reload still casings I would hate to see what you mastermind on something you can

I am not into the steel cased ammo myself.
BUT, from what I have researched, the American Steel ammo from Freedom Arms IS 100% reloadable, they have reloaded the same cases up to 5 times without problems, ZERO. Check/watch the video.
So YES, theirs are completely reloadable and brass plated instead of the lacquer coating…
The other steel casings…. Not sure if I would even attempt them and I have been reloading for almost 50 years.
They say you can but they don’t recommend it and those are straight wall cases I doubt you’ll be able to do that with a bottle neck casing. Steel doesn’t give to reshape like brass does plus I wouldn’t want to run that steel inside my dies. Just my opinion for reloading for almost 30 years
