Benelli’s 3-gun Shooting Team Places First in Two Divisions
ACCOKEEK, MD –-(Ammoland.com)- Team Benelli racked up more impressive wins at the Larue Texas Multi-Gun Championship, held last weekend at the Best of the West Shooting Range, Liberty Hill, TX.
Competing against 248 3-gun shooters, Team Benelli’s Taran Butler won his third consecutive major 3-gun match (FB3G, SMM3G) with a score of 1753.23, for the Tactical Division victory.
Kurt Miller again showed why he is considered the most dangerous competitor in Limited Division with a winning score of 1679.01. In the Heavy Division Jeff Cramblit finished third with a score of 1534.02 and Jansen Jones finished 8th.
Other Team Benelli shooters who placed in the Tactical Division were Chris Sechiatano—4th place, and Ben Fortin—6th place and Bryce Towsley.
“The Larue Texas Multi-Gun Championship is one of the best 3-gun matches in the Country,” said Butler. “Next year’s match will be a must-shoot when nearly 500 competitors shoot killer stages for a $190,000 prize table.”
